Do not tell this 91 year old that she is getting too old. Mrs. Cruz is about to celebrate her 92 birthday and she looks and feels great. Chiropractic care helps her stay healthy and feeling great. Here are some ways of slowing down the aging process: 1. Eat well. This means lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Limit the amount of coffee. Only 2 cups per day. 2. Take a vitamin with Vitamin. C, E, Zinc, Calcium and beta carotene. 3. QUIT SMOKING!!! 4. Take a walk everyday. The exercise is important but the stress relief associated with exercise is also important. 5. Proper chiropractic care to maintain a healthy nervous system. |
