October, 2000 - My Left Ankle!!! |

On 9-14-00 while running and coaching my daughters soccer team I fell and sprained my left ankle. As you can see from the pictures, it was a very bad sprain. After x-raying the ankle I knew no bones were broken, but I should soft cast it for 2 weeks. Because adjusting with a cast is almost impossible, I just put an Ace bandage on it. The secret to healing my ankle so fast was my Cold Laser. It is hard to believe, but the laser really healed it up. The pictures are the proof. It was only 1 week from the first to the third picture. The laser is really amazing!! |
