Mrs. Grace has been suffering with Fibromyalgia for many years. Her condition became so severe she needed Neurotin for pain and Valium, which she has been taking for over 20 years. She was also seen by a pain management specialist whose treatment included needle injections . This treatment showed no change in her symptoms. She was referred into my office by her son who was also "Patient of the Month". At this time, she is so excited because she is off all of her medication, which she thought she would need for the rest of her life. Mrs. Grace is now able to cook without sitting and resting and overall has more energy. Her husband notices her standing straighter and her whole disposition seems happier. She also is happier to finally be able to sleep the whole night through without pain. |
