Megan had no history of headaches until becoming pregnant in November of 2002. Her headaches became so severe she started missing school as she is a teacher. As the headaches continued to become more severe, she was given various medications, sent to a neurosurgeon, had needles put in her head and eventually sent to the hospital for an IV Morphine drip, for the severe pain. She was referred to this office by a Physical Therapist at Nova Care. After 2 weeks of treatment at this office, she was off all medication and has not missed one day of school since. Her headaches are now gone and she feels great! Spinal misalignments are common during pregnancy. Chiropractic care is very important to correct these misalignments, to keep the body healthy and protect the developing baby from unnecessary medication. |
