I was always taught in Chiropractic school to expect a miracle when you correct the spine and restore the bodies ability to work. Kathy started treating at this office after a MVA in June of 2000 for neck and back injuries. The interesting fact about Kathy is, while taking her case history, I noticed she has had Juvenile Diabetes since the age of 9 and problems controlling the condition for the last 12 years. When she starting treatment at this office on 11/00, she was taking 114 units of insulin per day and 3 Glucophage pills per day. Since treating here with adjustments of her spine and Cold Laser Therapy, she now takes only 35 units per day. She now no longer needs to take Glucophage. Her medical doctor is quite amazed over the changes. Her blood sugar used to run 396-500 range and now is running in the 100's which is normal. One of the most special thank you cards I have ever received was from Kathy's daughter who said, "Thank you for making my mom feel so much better. When I grow up I am going to be a chiropractor too". |
