Dr. DiNubile is one of two Orthopedic Surgeons for the 76ers basketball team. Last month he finished a book that took him over a year to write. I feel this book is a must read for any person who is interested in making their body last longer. The book does a great job in explaining how injuries occur, how to avoid injuries and exercises to do when you are injured. It also has great preventative exercises to help keep you from getting injured and nutritional advice. I was also honored as he used my quote on the back of his book! |
